Mr. Ed was very special to me. We spent many hours visiting when Mother and Miss Connie were roommates. Since their deaths, we had kept in touch by having an occasional lunch together but more often by our Sunday night phone calls. He was a fine gentleman, and I will definitely miss him. I'm very sorry we will not be able to be at the service Friday, but we are leaving town in the morning. Please know my thoughts and prayers will be with all of you.

So sorry to read about your Dad's passing. I will miss waving to him at 7:30 am mass. He was a faithful front row worshiper. Wish I could join you at St. Leo for his service, but I will be out of town. My prayers are with you.
